This website is operated by Dongguan Dingzhipin Hatting Co., Ltd., trading as Apex Headwear, at Building A, No. 854 Jienan Road, Area 5, Nanzha, Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. If you have any question about your data, write to cengluandiezhang503@gmail.com and a person will answer you.
What we collect, and why
We collect only what we need to quote your order. There is no account to create and no newsletter to be added to.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, passport or identity numbers, or anything about your health, beliefs or background. Please do not send them.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, in the United States. Only named staff at our company can read them, and access requires a password-protected login.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other manufacturers, agents or marketing companies. We share it only where we have to: with a shipping company when you place an order and goods must be delivered to you, and with our hosting provider, who stores the data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
Cookies and advertising
This site sets no cookies for its own functioning. Nothing is stored on your device just for browsing.
If we are running advertising, we use Google Ads to measure which adverts lead to real enquiries. Those cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no advertising or analytics cookie is set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the UK, the EU, or another region with equivalent law, these are legal rights and we will honour them regardless of where you live.
Email cengluandiezhang503@gmail.com with the subject "my data". We will reply within 30 days. Deleting an enquiry is straightforward and we will not ask you to justify the request.
If you are in the EU or UK, our legal basis for handling your enquiry is legitimate interest: you contacted us asking for a quotation, and we cannot answer without reading what you wrote.
Children
This is a business-to-business site for wholesale orders. It is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be mentioned on the contact page.
